Congratulations to the returning and new members of Windsor’s Town Council and Board of Education. All were sworn in this month.
Donald Trinks was re-elected Mayor by the Council and Leonard Lockhart was re-elected President of the Board of Education. A recount was held for the office of Constable because the two Republican candidates were separated by only three votes. Charles Jackson, who led on election night, was confirmed as the winner and sworn in shortly thereafter.
