Windsor’s Democratic Town Committee (DTC) continues to meet and reach out to the community. Meetings are taking place on-line while health restrictions remain in effect, but we remain active and committed to ensuring Windsor remains an inclusive, diverse and welcoming community, with an outstanding quality of life for all.

Due to the pandemic, the Democratic State Central Committee has directed that no nominating caucuses be held this month. We had a caucus set for May 21, to nominate candidates for Registrar of Voters and Justice of the Peace. Instead, the DTC is to make the nominations, but must do so during the caucus timeframe.
Therefore, our regularly scheduled May 7 meeting is cancelled, and we are calling a special meeting for May 21 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held by conference call.
Our local party rules require that when calling a special meeting, the chair give DTC members the opportunity to suggest agenda items. If there’s anything you want on the agenda, please let Chairman Adam Gutcheon know by May 14 by emailing him at adam@windsordemocrats.com.
